RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your Lucky Girl purchase, so we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, simply contact us at hello@luckygirlphonecases.com. Please include photos of your order and your order number and we'll guide you through the process of returning your item.
For cases with no manufacturing defects of shipping damages:
- Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable.
- Customer will be charged $5 for return shipping, and Lucky Girl will issue a pre-paid shipping label for your use.
For cases with manufacturing defects or shipping damages:
- Lucky Girl will issue a pre-paid shipping label for your use.
For all returns:
- The phone case needs to be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Second Chance Cases or cases purchased as part of a BOGO deal are not eligible for return.
- It may take up to 5 business days to process your return after it is delivered back to us.
EXCHANGES
We want you to love your accessories! We accept exchanges for different sizes or designs within 14 days of delivery.
- The Process: To start an exchange, just send us an email with your order number.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for a flat $5 return shipping fee to cover the cost of the prepaid return label we send you.
- Production: Because our items are made to order, your new exchange item will head into our production queue as soon as your original order is delivered back to us!
DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS
- Discount codes & gift cards must be applied at time of checkout.
- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
- Only one code can be used on a purchase.
- Coupon codes & gift cards cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
