How protective are your cases?

Absolutely! We don't sacrifice safety for style. Our cases are engineered to keep your phone secure against everyday drops and bumps:

What is the safest way to wash my case?

Keeping your case looking fresh is easy! To clean it safely without damaging the finish:

  1. Remove your phone and take out any removable inserts.
  2. Wipe the outer case down with a soft, microfiber cloth slightly dampened with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
  3. For the inserts, gently wipe them with a dry or very slightly damp cloth if needed. Never submerge them in water or use harsh chemicals.
  4. Let everything air dry completely before putting it all back together!

My case was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

Please contact us at hello@luckygirlphonecases.com within 48 hours of receiving the product to let us know. We'll be happy to help you with a return or exchange, and we'll make sure to get you a replacement as soon as possible.

To speed up the process, please provide us with a photo of the damaged case and your order number so we can assess the issue and find a solution quickly. We appreciate your support and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Since orders usually begin printing within 24 hours, orders changes are not guaranteed and are needed ASAP after placing your order.

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

Add the item(s) to your cart and go to checkout. Type in the code in the box on the right that says "Discount code or gift card" and click apply.

SHIPPING

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with all major shipping carriers in order to provide the best rates and fastest shipping speeds for your area! Notably, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery may vary by carrier, but most USA packages deliver 3-5 days after shipment, and international orders take around 1-4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries, and offer a flat rate between $15-$20 depending on your country! Delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks after shipment.

My order says delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?

This happens from time to time as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package "delivered" before its arrival or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend checking with your neighbors and the local postal office first. If it's not found within 3 days after marked "delivered", please let us know here.

Why hasn't my tracking link updated?

Sometimes tracking links don't update daily, and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on it’s way to you and should update soon! If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us here.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

The timeline depends on when your package makes its way back to us! Once your return or exchange is delivered back to us, we process it within 1-3 business days.

  • For Exchanges: Your new item will enter our standard made-to-order production queue as soon as the exchange is processed. It should ship 3-5 days after we've processed the returned item.
  • For Refunds: Once issued, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

SUSTAINABILITY

Production

We believe in slow fashion and intentional production. Instead of mass-producing items that might end up in a landfill, everything we create is made to order.

We print and craft your accessories only after you place your order. This process takes a little more time, but it drastically reduces material waste and ensures we only use the resources we absolutely need.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple, secure, and mindful. Your items are shipped in protective bubble mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter how bumpy the transit. Inside, we use simple paper cards for all of our product information and inserts, keeping unnecessary plastic and clutter to an absolute minimum.
