We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), subscription products (like the Case Edit), specialty items (Like the Insert Organizers + components or Advent Calendars), or Second Chance cases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If something is wrong with your return, we will reach out with more details regarding your refund.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your Lucky Girl purchase, so we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, simply contact us at hello@luckygirlphonecases.com and we'll guide you through the process of returning your item.

FOR CASES WITH NO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR SHIPPING DAMAGES:

  • Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer will be charged $5 for return shipping, and Lucky Girl will issue a pre-paid shipping label for your use.

FOR CASES WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR SHIPPING DAMAGES:

  • Lucky Girl will issue a pre-paid shipping label for your use.

FOR ALL RETURNS:

  • The phone case needs to be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Cases bought on final clearance or as part of a BOGO deal are not eligible for return.
  • Return package must include the original packing slip.
  • It may take up to 7 business days to process your return.

EXCHANGES

At Lucky Girl, we believe in keeping things simple and straightforward, and that includes our exchange policy. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time. But don't worry! If you're not happy with your purchase, just return it and purchase a new one that better suits your style. We promise it's easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy! So go ahead and treat yourself to a new phone case, and we'll make sure to get it to you as fast as possible.
